Collaborating with global resources to create global collaboration. Business requirements were gathered by speaking with 120 end users globally; the technology was sourced from a company in Silicon Valley, California; the architecture was done out of New York and North Carolina; the alpha test users were out of the UK; the development, QA, and testing were done out of New York, São Paulo, and Mumbai. Language integration and testing were done out of Germany and China. Creative design was done out of Singapore and implemented in New York.
